Bind list doesn't allow for listing single OUs from the json file #12

Describe the bug
When you specify an OU to add to the bind list and not to recurse it doesn't properly allow you to bind to that OU.

To Reproduce
Add an OU for binding and don't specify recurse, that OU will not be usable.

Expected behavior
You should be able to manually specify OUs that are bindable.
