Get-VMWareRAVM returns detailed info even if detailed parameter is not set

If the cmdlet is able to find an exact match using -name (when the correct case of the machine is passed) it will return detailed info even if -detailed is not specified, but if it finds the machine by searching through the entire list of machines it will correctly send non-detailed info by default. Because of the difference in objects between detailed and not (one is not nearly a subset of the other) , this could cause issue if a user is expecting one type of output and gets the other type.
