We have found one case if we are using another email address not exist on the saas uvdesk, so on cscart admin dashboard show 404 page not found

How to reproduce:

Step 1: Go to the admin of CS-Cart and upload this uvdesk extension:

Step 2: Now configure with uvdesk

Step 3: Here showed an error 404 page not found, if the email address does not match the saas uvdesk and cs-cart admin email address:

Note:

• Case 1: If the email address does not exist or is not the same on saas uvdesk and cs-cart admin dashboard, so on cscart admin dashboard not showing the tickets list page:

• Case 2: If we are using the same email address on saas uvdesk and cs-cart admin dashboard, so on cs-cart admin dashboard showing the tickets list page:

Expected Result or Suggestion:

If we are using another email address so should not show a 404 page found, should be shown some warning that your email address does not exist on saas or cscart admin dashboard used with the same email address of both admin dashboard (saas uvdesk and CS-cart)
