Step 1: Go to the CS-cart admin panel and install the cs-cart helpdesk app:

Step 2: Now check the customer side create ticket option is showing:

Step 3: Now disable and uninstall this app:

Step 4: Check it from the customer side, here also shows the create ticket option click on it to show the error:

If we are disabled or uninstall this app should not be shown the create ticket option on the customer side
