When tag added in ticket from uvdesk side, then open same ticket on cs-cart helpdesk here showing an error

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Open uvdesk admin panel and added a tag in any ticket

Step 2: Now Login with Cs-cart admin and customer panel, open the same ticket:

On Admin panel, Here ticket open but ticket content not showing in ticket:

On Customer panel, Here ticket not opening also showing an error in console:

Possible Solution:

If we are added a tag and open ticket on cs-cart helpdesk so this ticket should be open and showing all ticket content like normal ticket:
