When we have ticket deleted, so here should be going ticket in trashed folder instead of permanently deleted

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: If we have ticket deleted with single or multiple from magento 2 helpdesk app

Step 2: Here ticket deleted permanently instead of going to the trashed folder

Possible Solution:

If we have ticket deleted so first going to trashed folder instead of permanently deleted like uvdesk panel
