Magento Admin dashboard ticket view button does not retrieve ticket detail when a ticket is unassigned

Step 1: Create a ticket from admin, customer (Magento and saas uvdesk) and also mail tickets

Step 2: Now click on the view button now here tickets details not retrieved:

after clicking on view button show like this:

Step 3: Now assigned an agent and check again view button or refresh the page of a ticket now showing tickets details

Note: Checked with also mail tickets
