LiDAR Aux Data Plot Func

Similar to other LiDAR plotting funcs in #41

Implement a function to plot contextual data fpr singular LiDAR site (A similar workflow for a singular 3dep site is already present in the cascading_search example in the docs. We just need to generalize this and add it to the plot module.)

• Row 1 Col 1 Shows all of the sources overlapping with a black outline around the multi-source overlap area
• Row 1 Col 2 Extent of multi-source overlap area and ESA worldcover
• Row 1 Col 3 Bar plot of land cover counts
• Row 2 Col 1 Extent of multi-source overlap area and COP30 DEM
• Row 2 Col 2 Hist of elevation values in this multi-source overlap area along with statistics (mean, med, range)
• Row 2 Col 3 Same hist but for slope values
• Row 3 all Cols is a temporal extent plot of all sources seen at the bottom of thecascading_search example in the docs
