Canadian SPECI metars

Sorry for posting here again, but since the METAR repository is private, IDK where else to do so.

I've noticed that SPECI METARs in Canada don't seem to be picked up by the network.
I've taken these screenshots at 22:55z:


So even if 4 speci metars were published since 22z, the network still thinks that the latest one is from 22z.
Could this be because they are not labeled by Nav Canada as METAR, but as SPECI?
