tooltip functionality for componenets

This was originally raised as "add tooltip functionality for image uploads" so that users can have a good idea of what the system is expecting, and to reduce the work on the development team until we enhance our image processing capabilities.

That being said, I think that we can do even better...

This issue could easily be resolved by providing the ability for developers to specify instructive defaults for each component section that requires a change. This could include, for images, a blank region with pixel dimensions like this:

We could also overlay some instructive text along with a link to describe some good and easy image processing tools for our customers. Eventually, we could replace this with the ability to crop/process images on the fly, but I still like the idea of default text & images where applicable.
