WHY

When a PLC is in FAULT mode, currently Scrub stays connected to it and just backs off until the PLC is happy again. It would be nice to have a way to diagnose a FAULT and report it up the chain for handling.

HOW

Currently Unknown. I would bet that the CIP manual will have some method for requesting fault codes periodially.
