Notification banners not wide enough on Budgie

When receiving a notification from something like Google Calendar that contains buttons to snooze or join a meeting, the buttons and the close button are outside the banner. This does not seem to happen with the default Budgie theme. I am on Ultramarine Linux for which Fluent-round-dark is the default theme.
