[Feat] Position Control MapBox Draw Panel with more flexibility #12

Target Use Case

Being able to draw the MapBox Draw tools at the middle of the screen hedges as for some maps it might actually be better this way.

Proposal

Being able either custom css the panel position or implementing further options such as bottom-center, top-center, left-center, and right-center.
