How to inject server and public runtime env from next/config to Vitest on each project

I am interested in the project and decide to use it in my projects.
With the normal functions, it works perfectly! But with the function used or related with the ENV from next/config --> Not work.

Example

const { publicRuntimeConfig } = getConfig();

Before, we use Jest setup file like this

import { setConfig } from 'next/config'
import { serverRuntimeConfig, publicRuntimeConfig } from './next.config'
import '@testing-library/jest-dom/extend-expect'
import preloadAll from 'jest-next-dynamic';

setConfig({
    serverRuntimeConfig, publicRuntimeConfig
})
beforeAll(async () => {
    await preloadAll();
});

Hope anyone can help me with this! Besides, I don't see any guide to transforming asset files as the jest do -- hope anyone can help me <3.

Thanks for your quick reply, but seemingly doesn't work because I use monorepo with the alias.

import facebookLogo from '@repo1/asset/images/menu/git.svg';

export const alias: AliasOptions = {
  '@repo1/': r('./packages/repo1/src/'),
};

export default defineConfig( resolve:  alias })

This will fire the error like this

 Failed to resolve import "@repo1/asset/images/menu/git.svg" from "packages/repo1/src/xxxx.ts". Does the file exist?
