Separate out private/incognito browsing tabs from normal tabs

When the user click on new incognito tab go into private mode and hide the other non private tabs. That was there is a clear demarcation of when you are in incognito mode and when you aren't. If you go back from incognito tab to normal tab then freeze the incognito tabs. If the browser is restarted do not open the private tabs.
