Task: Take the workplan / projects milestones for the MVP, along with the generated backlog, as what people use to assess if they can be involved & to what degree.

Definition of Done:

  • TLs of various efforts know who is available to work on their efforts & when
  • Group knows what operational resources are available for prototype deployment? For what period of time?
