Right now, CORS is simply turned on. Go farther.

Cleanest approach will require some changes in the ConfigurationBeanLoader, so the API controller can handle the CORS-configuration properties and the Distributor class can just ignore it. Right now, the CBL requires that each constructed instance respond to all properties.
