Reinstate missing archive tree

I'm looking at PP/DBL online and noticed some weirdness. If I browse the tree and click on PP/DBL/A/1/55 I can see the full catalogue record but the tree disappears (https://wellcomecollection.org/works/vwcx6v5k). Doesn't happen with any other records as far as I can tell, and PP/DBL/A/1/55 is listed in the tree when looking at it via other records (e.g. https://wellcomecollection.org/works/wqqprj7j). Any ideas what's going on?

NB this has also been seen on https://wellcomecollection.org/works/zhyxgmh9 (PP/SML/Z/11/4). This is even more odd as I can't see PP/SML/Z in the archive hierarchy at e.g. the collection level record of PP/SML https://wellcomecollection.org/works/vx7c876g
