Remove a Wikidata populated biography on concepts page

Although Wikidata is a recognised and trusted source, it remains a possibility that sometimes the biographical information may be incorrect or otherwise not desirable to be featured on Wellcome pages.

We need a mechanism to remove these from a particular concept so that this data stops appearing
