BAN LIST PERSONS IDENTIFICATION

hi, do you know why runewatch plugin does not longer notify me when someone in the ban list joins the clan , or a party in a raid i have to manually investigate each ,the identification highlighted color does not appear either i would really like to fix this to avoid scammers joining in the raids ,ect (yeah i have all the options enable, except for the hold shift one), thanks for your time
