No way to change mind after selecting role

Add a button to "change role" for both parent and kid login forms.

On the kid login:

"Don't have a parental core or a parent? Log in as a parent."

On the parent form:

"Not a parent and has a parental code? Log in as a kid."

Use styles from the signup form.
