MineChem crash

i'm getting this crash when i start up a pure forge 1.7.10 server with minechem installed. i removed minechem and it started up fine. i don't know if this is a minechem issue, or something for you guys as minechem works fine without TickDynamic.

test with just Minechem and TickDynamic only

I just removed minechem, I was simply telling you to help you. i know minechem works when tickdynamic is not installed, I only get that error when i install tickdynamic, and it stops when i removed minechem from my pack.
