Update hero section to match final Figma designs:

match background gradients for mobile
match background gradients for desktop
add floating wireframe background images
match spacing/layout/font weights and sizes for mobile
match spacing/layout/font weights and sizes for desktop
add functionality and hover/active states to 'Scroll' button
add hover/active states to the 'Register now button'
