Create a curriculum for advancing through workshops

In #22, @mikeal talked about creating a tool to consolidate workshops into a curriculum.

It might make sense for this to be structured as a skill tree, (e.g. https://github.com/352Media/skilltree, but with different styling). I'm imagining something like Duolingo's skill tree.
