Concept: if members have sent a message (aka gained XP) [or maybe reacted, if they just lurk?] in the last ~15 mins, give them the @Active role. Otherwise, remove the role.

Maybe do both? Like you can either always have the role, automatically be given the role, or never have the role

Also: do we want it only for messages or for reactions as well? Reactions wouldn't be too hard to implement, but it's another key in the database

because of this, and that I don't know exactly how I want to implement this, this issue might be waiting on @Muirrum's #5 but we could also go about this with an extra command

(I think I was just tired, but the thought was to somehow integrate the poll-type thing but I'll just use commands)
