Flash all 13x HDMI2USB have latest firmware and test

All 13 HDMI2USB's should be flashed with the latest firmware that Carl/Stefanor can confirm is working (usually a specific git commit hash from master - there aren't official 'releases').

Either build the gateware or firmware using the HDMI2USB build instructions, or use the prebuilt gateware/firmware.

Ensure you are flashing the same version onto all devices.

The firmware should be preconfigured to do the following (verify with Carl/Stefanor, this may already be the case):

• input 1 on
• output 1 on
• encoder on
• input1 connected to output 1 & encoder
• capture fps 25, 720p resolution

Ensure you cold power cycle the device (unplug, plug back in again) after flashing, serial console into the device, run 'status' and verify the version reported matches the git commit hash.

If OK, put a label onto the device (with some space clear) saying the firmware flashed onto it (last four letters of commit hash is OK) with a date - i.e. a5da 17/1/19).

Separately, you should ensure that the device in fact does work as expected:

• Setup a small room rig, with a HDMI2USB plugged into a capture machine with voctomix
• Plug a laptop into the input, plug a screen into the output
• Make sure the input laptop displays in voctomix & on the output OK
• Unplug and plug in the input cable a few times, ensure it displays OK
• Run it for at least 5-10 mins and ensure there's no flickering or dropouts
