Figure out setup logistics (when, will AV be around, lighting, etc)
Will audio be embedded on supplied HDMI or DVI?
Can system run 720p50 natively (supply us that via HDMI)?
Draw floor plans including cabling (raised flooring? seating?)
Validate exactly how we're configuring everything
Comms for keynote (headsets?)
Verify supplied camera+tripod setup
Verify network setup
Equipment test (with new HDMI2USB?)
