Starting the Game without CC:Tweaked crashes upon startup

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

I want to use this mod without CC:Tweaked installed, but the compatibility for that mod seems to cause the game to crash. CC:Tweaked messes with resource data on Pojav, and it prevents me from being able to join my server without crashing, so I don't want to use it. I should also mention that CC is marked as Optional on the mod page, so I should not be required to use it.

Issue reproduction

1. Install this mod and CC:Tweaked
2. Loads as expected
3. Remove CC:Tweaked
4. Game Crashes

Since the issue is still open, not sure if it is actually done with the later version

with which no CC:tweaked is required for proper startup(game version1.20.1+ fabric0.15.11, valkyrienskies 120-2.3.0-beta-5)
