Only useful in the REPL.

Change (mail)Directory.

cd without an argument is like in the SHELL: return to default MAILDIR as defined into $MBLAZE/profile (MaildirBase with InboxName)
cd [maildir] change to that maildir

We should be returned to the mfish> prompt after entering this command
