Hi.

Sorry for the short bug but I can easily reproduce it by installing make.md plugin.

Basically, the folder note rename of folder and file simultaneously stops working when I install meke.md.

I will create a similar issue in the make.md plugin since I am not sure which one is doing the wrong thing.
