Hotkey and open/close

Having only Alt or Ctrl available to create the description note is poor, there are many possibilities to conflict with other plugins. I would also like to see a context menu available.
I find it inconvenient that clicking on the folder anyway opens or closes its contents in the tree. I would like an icon next to the folder name and any other icons, which first creates the note, then opens it, without interacting with the tree view.
