Installed properly but none of the stations show data and I already synced time.

You didn't select the stations, when you launch GlobalQuake and after the fdsnws/seedlink load you must press the button on the bottom left "Select Stations" allowing you to select the stations that you want to use. After selecting them you can close the selection pop-up and run GlobalQuake by pressing the right button "Launch GlobalQuake"
