Document TimeWarp support for Flame

We need to document the TimeWarp support with examples and use-cases.
We currently support:

• TimeWarp
• Linear speed change (positive or reverse)
• Freeze frame

There are known limitations about potential issues with the interpolation computation that needs to be documented as well:
