Need help in improving Audio and Video quality

I achieved live stream but Video and audio quality is very bad. The problem would be with JNI Library used in the project.
Also it is throwing Error opening video codec: -1 error for android 6.0 and not streaming to youtube channel(But event is getting created at the channel).
If the problem is with JNI library can anyone suggest me better JNI library to use
If any one has already achieved Live stream to youtube with good quality audio & video,I would appreciate any suggestions or help.
