This would be nice. It can save the bandwidth and time when some of the videos are already downloaded.

The path of the downloaded videos is seemingly accessible by chrome.downloads.search (https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/downloads#method-search), and then from the file names, the extension should be able to know which recordings have already been downloaded.
