BMS log file layout incomplete #7

The parser now handles BMS logs and outputs a usable text file. However many entries are hex data of unknown significance. More BMS log files are needed for study and testing.

16 BMS entry types are found in the current test set. Two types remain unknown until additional examples of decoded logs are obtained.

For perspective, the undecoded BMs log entries occur in 21 of 77234 lines of log files, 0.27%
