I'm not 100% sure that BrowserSelect is causing this issue, but I'd like your feedback on it.

When I click a shortcut link to a local .htm file.. nothing happens.

I can extract the shortcut, and paste the link in to the browser, and it works just fine.

I can paste the exctracted link in to a working internet shortcut, then that shortcut fails as well.

My best current guess is that BrowserSelect is dropping the link being forwarded to it, but I dunno.

Please advise. :)
