First version, supports fixing some of my nitpicks of CS1/CS2 PC and nothing else, but figured some would appreciate this anyway.

Current feature support for CS1:

  • Remove animation skip in Turbo mode
  • Enable R2 Notebook Shortcut when Turbo is enabled
  • Remap turbo mode button

Current feature support for CS2:

  • Remove animation skip in Turbo mode
  • New implementation of the audio timing thread (fixes things like slow fades and missing sound effects) and BGM enqueuing logic hacks (fixes the missing music in the Intermission chapter, but may break other stuff; this in particular needs a lot of testing)
