Wow, it's been a while since the last release, my bad.

• Set chances for each playback slot to occur during "Random" playback.
• Fix overlapping OSDs.
• Fixed playback being interrupted by inputs within deadzone.

• Powershield and amsah tech events now use sopo. (@NickCondron)

• You can now adjust amsah tech event Up B and reset delay. (@Kounotori-ssbm)
• Hitboxes are now coloured by ID.
• Fixed hang in firefox edgeguard.
• CPU now ASDIs in direction of DI by default.
• Spacie tech OSD fixed. (@Kounotori-ssbm)
• Added fastfall and autocancel overlays.
• Added ability to play sound as an overlay, as well as remove colour from other overlays.
