replace login_headertext hook instead of deprecated hook "login_headertitle"

This file is actually for WP PRE 5.2. Look at the name of the file. If you are using WP 5.2+ then that file doesn't get loaded in your install. It will be loading the normal one. Keep this file as is for backwards compatibility. |
