Update to v0.2

Added:

• Community Hub
• Player areas (Activity)
• Store
• Points shop
• Additional accent colours and standardisation in certain areas

Bugs that exist:

• Right column highlight is broken (does not cover reset of area)
• Some performance issues
• For some reason, borders in tables are missing even when not using [table noborder=1]
