Compilation

This program requires ncurses library and a recent version of CMake. To compile, cd into the build/ folder and execute the following command : cmake .. The program is compiled into the build/bin/ folder. It requires startgenes and neatsettings.ne in the build/bin/read/ folder and an existing build/bin/write/ folder.
