Fix issues with filling in the subject field in certain Outlook accounts.
Tweak the Outlook locators to start from the editable field.
Increase the Outlook timeout when waiting for the person autocomplete, to make sure the "use this address" suggestion shows up.

Increase waitForElement timeout in outlook. Fix image in development default data. Tweak eslint glob.
