Pulley with servo interface too small
take the orange servo wheel (hole for the servo shaft is too small)
re-drill the hole with 6 mm drill to fit the servo head, but not too much to still keep bottom layers untouched (to be able to fix it later by screw)
put few polymorph grains (2-3 per one servo wheel) in the cut bottom of a PET bottle (one is in our robo-cabinet) and pour over with hot water (there is an electric kettle in the kitchen)
put a screw (M3) in the wheel as it should be at the end
once all polymorph turn transparent, strain off the water - now you have few minutes to finish it, otherwise polymorph get hard again (can be again pour over with hot water)
fill the hole around the screw in the wheel with polymorph, put on the servo and screw tight to the position
