Pulley with servo interface too small

  • take the orange servo wheel (hole for the servo shaft is too small)
  • re-drill the hole with 6 mm drill to fit the servo head, but not too much to still keep bottom layers untouched (to be able to fix it later by screw)
  • put few polymorph grains (2-3 per one servo wheel) in the cut bottom of a PET bottle (one is in our robo-cabinet) and pour over with hot water (there is an electric kettle in the kitchen)
  • put a screw (M3) in the wheel as it should be at the end
  • once all polymorph turn transparent, strain off the water - now you have few minutes to finish it, otherwise polymorph get hard again (can be again pour over with hot water)
  • fill the hole around the screw in the wheel with polymorph, put on the servo and screw tight to the position
  • done, let it cool and harden until next day:)
