Oct 17 meeting with TA

Round table: Joel:

1. worked on the wiki and organized it. Planning to make the user stories and flush out the use cases. Did not really run into problems Haming said that we need to number our use cases and user story for easier reference. Make sure that we are describing tests as well.
2. Ulvi, helped work on some UI designs, looked over the UML diagram and commented on them for mock flows.
3. Leon, did some UI mock ups and he had some problems with visualizing it.
4. chris worked on the uml, he has stuff to add still. Difficulties are us getting together. wants to pick a project leader, plans to finish UML, whatever else needs to be done, start on code, work on the UI maybe. Haming said to us git more for communication.
5. Kevin worked on the UI or a bit and helped with the UI, helped with flow chart and did the use cases and release plan. problems running into problems creating UI.

break down the use cases into programable tasks. each task should have a start date and an end date. Use a spread sheet or ussie checking system. make sure everyone is commiting.

prioritize the use cases. this will help with the UI. do the UI mock up.
