Receiver height fix and custom icon examples

• Fixed an issue in 1.1 where operating the links/points API would later cause receiver height to be incorrectly set for a subsequent multisite call. This occurred with a high and low site eg. drone and a ground radio.
• Added two example DTC templates with custom icons (48x48px) for a generic drone and a 6161 UHF mesh radio
