CloudCoin Wallet with RPC

This is the code for the CloudCoins main desktop software.

This provides three major functions:

1. RAIDA: Detection and Powning (password owning) of CloudCoin.

2. Skywallet: Sending and Receiving

3. CloudBank: Allowing remote servers and users to access local wallets and Skywallets remotely.
