Translations get mixed up when switching back and forth on patient edit page

• What are we trying to do?

Status seems to lag one way or the other in the patient edit view if you click back and forth. Here's an example of the spanish Resolved Without DCAF on the english page:

To recreate, swap back and forth between languages on a patient edit page. Goes away on a reload.

• What feature or behavior is this required for?

App not feeling janky under certain circumstances.

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)

This is probably a turbolinks bug.
