Bundle yarn 3.2.2 (#8)

- Bundles yarn as recommended here: https://yarnpkg.com/getting-started/install
- Requirements: Node.js >=16.10
- yarn should be available by doing corepack enable
- Further updates to yarn can be done with yarn set version stable
