Added after seeing acemod/ACE3#10682

When merged this pull request will:

  • Add auto completing COMPONENT in function header snippets
  • Add more tabstops
  • Add dropdown options for data types in function headers
  • Add dropdown option for "Public: Yes/No"
  • Add new data type snippet with SQF data types
  • Use dropdown boxes for skipWhenMissingDependencies in config snippets
  • Add params / TRACE lines to SQF function headers

Important

  • Title of this PR uses our standard template Component - Add|Fix|Improve|Change|Make|Remove {changes}.
